Leaders often get bogged down in the details of the day-to-day. It’s hard to plan strategically for the future when your head’s in fire-fighting mode. I will work with you to:

  • step back, take stock of your challenges and opportunities
  • review and develop your strategy to increase the chances of sustainable success
  • challenge assumptions in thinking
  • find gaps and additional possibilities
  • ensure you have the right KPIs in place
  • produce a visual map of your strategy, to engage staff and stakeholders

This works well either one-to-one or with your team. I can bring a variety of different facilitation approaches to ensure the process is efficient and effective. This kind of facilitation can be done online or in person.

I am a qualified executive coach and have supported leaders covering 20 to 20,000 staff. Before becoming a full-time coach, I was a senior manager in the UK National Health Service, responsible for tens of millions of pounds a year, delivered through a complex multi-tiered system. I have led teams of volunteers, managers and senior professionals.
